Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) includes chemical products that have certain properties. These properties include being toxic, reactive, ignitable, or corrosive. Examples of HHW items include herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, pool chlorine, drain cleaner, gasoline, paint thinner, and muriatic acid.
