Port St. Lucie Police are seeking assistance in locating a missing person, Tessa Elizabeth Topp, a 27-year-old woman who was last seen on September 20, 2024, at approximately 9 PM at her residence in Port St. Lucie.

Tessa is described as a white female, standing 5 feet tall and weighing 135 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. She has several tattoos, including on her left arm and both legs, as well as a tattoo on her chest representing her son's birthday in Roman numerals. Tessa also has piercings in her nose and chin.

At the time of her disappearance, she was wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt. Tessa is associated with a 2017 gray Buick Encore SUV, with Florida license plate number 91BLTQ.

The case is registered as #2024-25551. Anyone with information about Tessa Topp's whereabouts is encouraged to contact Detective D.
